Pedro Infante

José Pedro Infante Cruz is born at the 18 de November de 1917 Mazatlán, Sinaloa, in México. He died in 15 of April in 1957. Pedro Infante is regarded as the greatest idol in the history of Mexican cinema. He played in around 60 films and recorded about 350 songs. You can still hear Pedro Infante´s songs from a great variety of mexican singers. 

Childhood

In he's Childhood he work as a carpenter. He's father Delfino Infante García was a musician what inspired Pedro to make he's own guitar. He worked around two yeas to created his Guitar. After a lot of practice he played in the year 1937 his first time in public at a local festival in Sinaloa. 

Start of he career 

After he moved to Mexico City where he acted for the radio Station XEB, and performed the music of Alberto Cervantes, José Alfredo Jiménez, Cuco Sánchez, Tomás Méndez, Rubén Fuentes, Salvador Flores, and others in concert halls. In the year 1943 he released he's first record "El Soldado Razo" on the Peerless label.DiedPedro Infante had a passion for Airplanes. This passion cursed him with tree Airplane crashes in he's history. The first crash in he's second accident in 1949 near Zitácuaro, Michoacán he suffered a lot of surgery's an rehabilitation. After he was cured was able to resume his acting and music career. After all this Pedro infante did not stop he's passion of being a pilot witch cost he's life in April 15, 1957 with the third accident near Mérida in Yucatán. The Mexican Government declared this day to a national day of mourning.
